Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

A return is only possible under certain conditions. Your goods must be in the same condition as when received, un-worn or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept returned goods without first applying for a return.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order items upon delivery. If the goods are defective, damaged or sent in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We apologize, but we do not accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.

Exchange
The quickest way to obtain the desired goods is to return and purchase new ones upon acceptance of the return.

EU 14-day Cooling Period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, un-worn or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days.
